Topic: Blasting the moon
I heard that the United States is going to send a rocket up to blast a chunk out of the moon to check for ice/water.

Anyone know anything about this?

Don't be messin' with my moon!!!!!

NASA did indeed impact the moon in the search for ice.
I guess they are preparing for a place in which man may move when and/or if we destroy our own planet.

We always hoped that the stargazing is the next step after evolution take place, and the next natural step would be "touch" those stars, planets, by traveling over there. This planet is old indeed, but shall we destroy it? I don't think so. WE humans, surviving many Cataclysms are clever enough to seed and oversee any obstacle no matter the size or the time involved.

True enough, however not always are our intentions well enough, as proven in hindsight of distruction of many things. When we know better, we do better.

We are indeed clever and curious...and do not misunderstand me...that is great. However I think sometimes our curiosity oversteps the precautions and then we think of ways to again make it as it once was.

I myself very much enjoy scientific knowledge.

Glad to see this arena is not fully void of humans...lol.

Thank you!
My dear child our intention ALWAYS are well enough, and that is precisely why we endure... destruction is part of the construction from a little particle to a cosmos itself! If there is only one thing that's unchangeable is the change itself. :)
And touching your response about curiosity overstepping well... for every misstep there is an equal force in reverse. Never any thought about it? You yourself answer marvelously: " and then we think of ways to again make it as it once was. " THAT'S RIGHT. That's my girl!

by the way is Iatir (lol).

Pardon...Iatir :/

Yes that which passes into history is not always meant to endure and is not always strong enough for such. Phased out, but seemingly replaced.

Humans are amazing, not only clever but inventive and we hopefully learn from what was for what comes as next.

Intentions, we could speak for hours about that...lol.

Lovely speaking with you, it has been a pleasure.
